Uplisting is a PMS. It holds your calendars, syncs Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, runs a unified inbox with automated guest messages, and offers a direct-booking site with payments.
Book Them Twice is not a PMS and does not replace Uplisting. It reads bookings from your PMS and uses them to bring past guests back, and it runs the landlord, investor and corporate pipelines that Uplisting does not sell.

A done-for-you owned guest system, built on GoHighLevel. It sits on top of your PMS, keeps every guest on a list you own, and runs the guest, landlord, investor and corporate pipelines. It does not hold reservations or sync calendars.

Independent Host: £0/mo pay-as-you-go plus 3% commission per booking, or a flat £40/mo for 5 properties. Capped at 4 properties on the flat plan. Source

One price per level. Doors are unlimited and never billed.
