OwnerRez is a PMS with direct API channel management, guest messaging, digital signatures, hosted websites and owner statements built on a trust/escrow accounting model.
Its CRM stores guest email addresses and reviews, and its Triggers feature can schedule email, SMS or Airbnb messages around a stay. It is built for booking-related messaging, not landlord, investor or corporate pipelines.
Book Them Twice does not replace OwnerRez. It reads inquiries and bookings, brings past guests back, and runs the landlord, investor and corporate pipelines OwnerRez does not sell.

Book Them Twice
A done-for-you owned guest system, built on GoHighLevel. It sits on top of your PMS, keeps every guest on a list you own, and runs the guest, landlord, investor and corporate pipelines. It does not hold reservations or sync calendars.

OwnerRez has Triggers for scheduled emails. Isn't that the same as guest marketing?
Triggers send a template on a schedule or event, mostly tied to the booking (door codes, reminders, check-in details). Book Them Twice is built specifically for returning-guest, anniversary and win-back campaigns.
