STR Content Engine

Be the rental guests find first, not the listing they scroll past.

Articles, social posts, past-guest emails and two AI coworkers, made for your property every month. More guests find you outside Airbnb, more of them book with you directly, and more of the money stays with you.

The problem: Airbnb decides who finds you

Most hosts have one way to be found: a listing inside a platform that ranks you, charges you and can change the rules any month. Outside that listing, the property barely exists.

Meanwhile guests are asking Google and ChatGPT things like "lake house for a family reunion near Albany." Somebody gets named in the answer. If your website doesn't answer the question, it is somebody else.

Why it matters

What content does for you, step by step

  1. Found

    Guests find you outside Airbnb

Your own website answers the questions guests type into Google and ChatGPT: where to hold the reunion, what to do in leaf season, which lake house sleeps 16.

  2. Booked

More of them book with you directly

Each page ends at your booking page. The people who look and leave see you again in their feed. Questions get a correct answer at 9 PM instead of the next morning.

  3. Kept

You keep the fee the platform would have taken

Airbnb takes about 15.5% of every booking in the US. A direct booking keeps that money in your business.

  4. Owned

Your income stops depending on one algorithm

A ranking change or a policy change at Airbnb no longer decides your month. You have a website, a list and a name people search for.

What we make for you

Articles

A 1,200 to 1,800-word page on your own website that answers one question a guest actually asks. Photos, a link to your booking page and a check-dates button.

Example for a lake house: “Where to host a 40-person family reunion near Albany, NY”

Landing pages

A sales page for one kind of stay: who it's for, capacity, what's included, a price range, questions and an inquiry form.

Example for a lake house: “Corporate retreats for 20 to 40 people”

Social posts

Scheduled to Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile. Short videos cut from your own footage, photo posts and review quote cards.

Example for a lake house: A 20-second reel of the lake at sunrise

Past-guest emails

Sent to your own past guests and past inquiries, never to strangers: a monthly letter, a return-guest offer, a seasonal push.

Example for a lake house: “Book again within 12 months: free early check-in”

How it works

1

Kickoff and setup

A call with J. Massey. We build a fact sheet of your property, collect your photos and footage, and connect your website and social accounts. Tier two and up: we install the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag.

2

We produce every month

Articles, posts and emails are written and prepared for you on a monthly calendar, built on real guest questions and your own details.

3

You approve

Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it. Anything about money, discounts or exceptions always comes back to you.

4

You see what it did

A monthly report: what was published, what people read, what they clicked and which inquiries came from it.

Questions people ask

Do I need a website?

Yes, content needs a home you own. If you don't have one, we can build it as a separate service. Your PMS may already include a booking site you can use.

Is ad spend included?

No. Tier two and three include the ads we make and run for you. You pay Meta and Google directly for the ad spend, so you control the budget.

Will it sound like me?

It is written from your property fact sheet, your reviews and your own answers to guests, and you approve every piece before it goes out.

How is this different from Book Them Twice?

Book Them Twice keeps the guests you already have: follow-up, reviews, return stays. The Content Engine brings new guests to you in the first place. They work best together.

Can I change tiers?

Yes. Move up at any time and the bigger plan starts on your next billing date. Move down after your minimum term, with 30 days' notice.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months and have no setup fee.
