Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BookThemTwice (the "Service"), operated by West Egg Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

BookThemTwice is a software subscription that helps short-term rental operators capture guest information and automate post-stay follow-up, review requests, and rebooking offers.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

The Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@bookthemtwice.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, to comply with applicable messaging and privacy laws (including consent requirements for email and SMS outreach to your guests), and not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications to anyone who has not stayed with you or engaged your business.

5. Your data

You own the guest and reservation data you upload or connect to the Service. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific booking, revenue, or occupancy outcome. Results depend on your property, market, and how you use the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Egg Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
