Questions about price
What does the setup fee cover?
The kickoff call, your property fact sheet, collecting your photos and footage, connecting your website and social accounts, the first month's content calendar and, from tier two, installing your Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag and training your Guest Concierge.
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay Meta and Google directly, so you set the budget and can see every dollar.
Why pay yearly?
You get 12 months for the price of 10 and we waive the setup fee. Content builds on itself: the articles published in month two are still bringing guests in month twelve.
Do I need Book Them Twice too?
No, but they work best together. The Content Engine brings new guests to you; Book Them Twice keeps them and brings them back.
The terms, in plain English
- Monthly plans
- 3-month minimum, because content takes a few months to start bringing guests in. After month three, the plan runs month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice to [email protected].
- Annual plans
- Paid up front for 12 months, with no setup fee. Full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying and your kickoff call has not happened yet. After that, the year is non-refundable.
- Setup fee
- Charged once, on monthly plans only. Refundable until your kickoff call; non-refundable once the kickoff call is held, because the setup work starts that day.
- First content
- Your first batch of content to approve arrives within 3 weeks of your kickoff call.
- Changing tiers
- Move up at any time; the bigger plan starts on your next billing date. Move down after your minimum term, with 30 days' notice.
