DMCA Policy

West Egg Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and customers to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to properly submitted claims of copyright infringement concerning BookThemTwice.com or content hosted on the Book Them Twice platform.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on our Site, or content published by a customer using our Platform, infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with information sufficient for us to locate it (for example, the URL)
  • Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or Palm Beach County, Florida, if outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate the account of any customer who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Misrepresentation

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
