West Egg Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates BookThemTwice.com and the Book Them Twice platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit the Site, subscribe to the Platform, or interact with us.
By using the Site or Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Two Kinds of Data
1. Your data, as our customer. Your name, business details, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing information, and how you use the Platform. For this data we are the controller.
2. Your guests' and leads' data, which you control. The contacts, messages, bookings, and notes you import into or collect through the Platform. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor — we use it only to operate the Platform for you, on your instructions.
Information We Collect
Information you provide: when you subscribe, book a call, fill out a form, contact support, or purchase, we collect your name, email, phone, address, and payment details.
Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, and Platform usage and log data.
Information you import: contact and booking data you bring into the Platform from your own systems.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and Platform
- Process transactions and send confirmations and invoices
- Respond to inquiries and provide support and onboarding
- Send product updates and marketing you have opted into
- Analyze usage to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: essential cookies required for the Site to work, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it, and marketing cookies to measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling some may affect functionality.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Service Providers and Subprocessors
We use third parties to operate the Platform and deliver our services, including platform and hosting infrastructure (HighLevel), payment processing (Stripe), email and SMS delivery carriers, analytics providers, and any integrations you connect yourself. They may access personal information only as needed to perform their functions.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, where you direct us to, or where required by law or to protect our rights.
Messaging Consent
We do not message your contacts on our own behalf. Consent for messages sent from your account, and honoring opt-outs, are your responsibility as the sender of record. We do not sell or share contact lists or consent data with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
Account data is retained while you are a customer and for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. Backups roll off within 90 days. You may request earlier deletion.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Requests from your guests or leads should be directed to you as the business they interacted with; we will help you fulfill them.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you without undue delay of a breach affecting your data.
Children
The Site and Platform are not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
