Before you book the call

Do I have to leave Airbnb or VRBO?

No. Keep your listings. They bring the first stay. Your site and Book Them Twice work on the second one.

Does this replace Hospitable, PriceLabs or my PMS?

No. Your PMS keeps running reservations and your pricing tool keeps setting the rate. Book Them Twice reads each stay from your PMS and handles the guest relationship around it.

Is Book Them Twice a website builder?

No. Book Them Twice is an owned guest system. The website is a separate done-for-you build that we connect to it, so the guests it brings back have somewhere to book.

I only have one or two units. Is it worth it?

That depends on how many of your guests come back or send friends. We look at your numbers on the call and tell you if it doesn't fit.

What does it cost?

The website build is priced on the call, after we see your setup, and you pay in steps as we build it. The Book Them Twice subscription is listed on the pricing page.

Can an AI coworker answer the inquiries the site brings in?

Yes, if you want that. An AI coworker can answer the dates question, follow up with the guest who went quiet and draft review replies. Nothing goes out without your OK.

Do you have a case study for the website build?
