Case studies
What AI coworkers fixed on a real short-term rental
Every study here comes from one real operator: a seven-bedroom estate home and a one-bedroom tiny home in Upstate New York. The numbers come straight from the property's PMS and booking records. Each study lists what we can't claim, and names the guest-journey stage it covers.
Booking Steward
Stage 3 Evaluation · 4 Booking
Three guest questions got only an auto-reply. Since the AI coworker started: zero.
The PMS's instant auto-reply hid real pre-booking questions nobody answered. Now every inquiry gets a drafted reply, approved by a person.

Revenue & Occupancy
Stage 4 Booking
Zero October bookings on a listing priced under market. The fix wasn't the rate.
Daily checks ruled out price and found the guest's total bill was 24–60% fees. Four days later the listing beat its market.

Guest Experience & Reviews
Stage 6 Post-Stay · 7 Advocacy
Seven five-star reviews sat unanswered for up to 54 days. All seven had replies by the end of one afternoon.
An audit found every review on the main house unanswered. Since then every review has a reply, and the review request that never asked for a review has been rewritten.

What we're not publishing yet, and why
Invitations back to past guests
Fifteen past guests were invited back on September 20. As of September 25, none has rebooked. We will publish when there is a result, whatever it is.
Arrival-day door codes
Five tracked arrivals so far, and not all of them went cleanly. That's too few, and too mixed, to call a result. We'll publish once there's a longer, clean run.
Case studies show what happened on one operator's properties. They are not a promise of results for yours. See our earnings disclaimer. For where each study sits in the guest journey, see the 7 stages.
