Free self-score and printable audit
Find the holes in your guest system
Twenty-one yes/no checks, three for each of the seven stages a guest goes through, from first thinking about a trip to telling a friend about your place. Every "no" is a hole. Each hole leaks one of the four numbers your guest income is made of: Leads, Conversion, Frequency or Margin. You'll see where yours are, which lever they leak, and a rough idea of what they cost you, using your own numbers.

How the audit works
1 · Seven stages
Awareness, Discovery, Evaluation, Booking, Experience, Post-Stay, Advocacy. The same seven stages as our guest-journey map.
2 · Four levers
Leads × Conversion × Frequency × Margin. Because they multiply, a leak in one drags the whole total. The growth math →
3 · What closes it
Each check names the feature that closes the hole and the lowest level that includes it: Fill Your Nights or Book Them Twice.
The self-score
Tick every check you can honestly answer yes to today. Anything left unticked counts as a hole. If you're not sure, leave it unticked.
What the holes could be costing you
Put in rough numbers for one year. This uses the same multiplication as our growth-math calculator, applied only to the levers where you have a hole. Every assumption is listed under the result, and you can change it.
Assumptions behind these numbers
- Starting point: nights booked × average nightly rate. That is your gross booking revenue before fees and cleaning. The growth-math page starts from what you keep per stay; the multiplication is the same.
- Which levers move: only levers with at least one unticked check in the seven guest stages. A lever with no holes is left flat. The doors-and-money checks are not counted here.
- How much they move: the gain you set on the slider (10% to start, the same example gain used on the growth-math page). We do not claim any particular gain; it depends on your market, your property and how you run it.
- Why it multiplies: income = Leads × Conversion × Frequency × Margin, so two levers each up 10% gives 1.1 × 1.1 = 1.21, or 21% more. That is the growth-math formula.
- Frequency close-up: past guests × the same gain % × average stay × nightly rate. For example, 10% means one in ten of your past guests books one more stay.
- Margin close-up: those extra stays × your own platform fee %, i.e. the fee you would not pay if they booked direct. Direct bookings still pay card processing, which this leaves in.
- This is a calculator, not a forecast or a result. See our earnings disclaimer.
