Hostaway is a PMS. It holds your reservations, syncs calendars with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, sets prices with its own dynamic pricing, and centralizes guest messaging.
Book Them Twice is not a PMS and does not replace Hostaway. It runs the landlord, investor and corporate pipelines that Hostaway does not sell, and it can send guest email and text after the stay.
Hostaway's own marketing tools live inside its Booking Website Pro add-on. You keep Hostaway exactly as it is and use Book Them Twice for the pipelines Hostaway leaves out.

Book Them Twice
A done-for-you owned guest system, built on GoHighLevel. It sits on top of your PMS, keeps every guest on a list you own, and runs the guest, landlord, investor and corporate pipelines. It does not hold reservations or sync calendars.

Does Book Them Twice connect to Hostaway?
Our standard setup reads from Hospitable. For Hostaway we check the connection for your account on the demo call before you buy. The landlord and investor pipelines work without any PMS connection.
Hostaway sells email marketing through Booking Website Pro. Why add Book Them Twice?
If you already pay for that add-on and are happy with it, keep it for guest email. Book Them Twice's main job for a Hostaway user is the landlord, investor and corporate pipelines that Hostaway does not sell.
What does Hostaway cost?
Hostaway does not publish flat prices. Its pricing page asks how many listings you manage and routes you to a quote.
